After completing her dental school education, Dr. Brittney Ciszek found her passion for surgery while working at a dental implant surgical center and institute. She began as an associate dentist and worked her way to become director of both the clinic and institute just 2 years after completing her General Practice Residency. With a strong background in research, she is committed to providing the highest possible standard of evidence-based care.

Though grateful and ecstatic to have found her niche in the expansive and ever-changing field of dentistry so early in her career, Dr. Ciszek has frustrations with the way dental implants are taught in dental school and continuing education courses. Many courses feel intimidating or inaccessible, especially to recent graduates or individuals who lack surgical experience.

She wishes to share her journey so that like-minded dentists may feel empowered and inspired to implement more complex surgeries into their general practices. She therefore founded True North, to offer continuing education courses as well as consulting and mentoring resources that allow doctors to begin placing implants with confidence.
